You don’t have to already have skills to attend this school they will take the passion you have for learning the art of makeup and mold it into a full on artistic safe just bursting with talent. What’s so great about this school is that it teaches at EVERY level. No more searching for where an already working artist can go to sharpen their skills or learn new skills, gone are the days where you would only attend classes if you didn’t have a clue.

The Makeup Forever Academy welcomes all and their class schedules are so accommodating that just about everyone can attend if they’ve got their mind made up.

A little education goes a long way!!

Most of us makeup artists began with the curiosity of “how”. It’s a natural process we all have of seeing something and wanting to “tweak” it to make it say, better, prettier, more colorful etc. Those of us that are self taught may have a gift but that doesn’t mean that we should stop there (please don’t stop there). Learning is something that we’re never too old for, never too seasoned, never too much of experts that we couldn’t use learning a new way of doing things.

Education is important in any field you work in. Keeping up with the times, the technology, the “new” is the only way to keep from becoming overlooked in our field. To keep from becoming irrelevant or lose out to another artist we must all make sure we’re educating ourselves. This can be anything from reading a magazine (Makeup Artist Magazine, On Makeup Magazine) to name a couple, YouTube videos, books or even taking a class. If we all work to empower each other, lift each other and teach each other without prejudice we will become a strong industry of talented and caring artists beating faces and taking names. Lol

In an effort to bring you some ideas of where you can turn here are some quick references to get you on your way. These are great weather you’re already a working professional makeup artist or an aspiring makeup artist eager to break into the industry,
